Dr. G.M.Gupta (75), a mechanical engineering graduate & Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, began his career with one of India's largest industrial houses and had a very successful career with rapid vertical growth. After having a brief stint in the US, he began his career as an industrialist since 1982. He has built his reputation on the basis of good stewardship & has been working as Managing Director of Global Engineers Ltd., a Engineering Company with state of the art fabrication facility in Ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Under his leadership, Global Engineers Ltd registered an impressive growth over the last three decades with annual turnover reaching INR 1 Billion and bringing a no. of leading European Technology Partners for upgrading of the existing business activities & diversifying into high technology areas. His dynamic vision, strategic focus and entrepreneurial skills continue to guide the growth of the Company's businesses across demanding markets and competitive scenarios.

In recognition to his contribution, the company has bagged 2 National Awards, Industry Excellence Award in the year 2015 and 5 State Awards for Quality, Productivity and Entrepreneurship in the Engineering sector.
