To undertake scientific research in the field of agriculture and health care including treatment of various diseases such as cancer with special emphasis on the techniques for prevention, detection therapy and rehabilitation of patients. As soon as these activities of the Society get established, it will embark in the areas of environment and any other area of National Importance. 

To initiate projects for development of the Scientific Research Centers supported by Laboratories, Operation Theatres, Radio Therapy Units, Chemo Therapy units, Rehabilitation Centers, Yoga Ashrams and Natural Therapy Centers for carrying out Scientific Research and development in innovation of medical and surgical techniques.

To retain and/or employ skilled professional research scholars or medical advisers and workers in connection with the objects of the society and to pay thereof such fees or remuneration as may be thought appropriate.

To do all such other deeds and things either alone or in conjunction with others as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objects stated herein or any of them.

To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to administer and apply the income and principal thereof for the furtherance of the objects of the society.

To accept contributions, grants aids and donations in cash and or kind from individuals, Joint Stock Companies, Firms, Trusts, and Foundations, State and Central Government or any other bodies, national and international, by the Society for the capital expenses as well as to form income to meet recurring and Incidental expenses to meet the aims and objects of the Society.

To manage, sell, transfer, let-out by way of lease license or otherwise dispose off or deal with the assets/properties of any kind both movable and immovable belonging to the Society.

To enter into any agreement or arrangement with any other Trust/Society, Foundation or any other party having any legal entity or any individual for the purposes of the Society.

The surplus funds of the society, if any, will be invested as per the provisions of Section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as specified, at the relevant time or as may be permitted from time to time by the Government of India.

All the incomes, earnings and assets including movable and immovable properties of the society shall be utilized solely towards the achievement and carrying out of its aims and objects as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no person or entity including the past or present members of the society or any office bearer shall be entitled to any share in any profit, earnings or income of the society and shall also not have any claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society by virtue of the membership of the society.
