The CoEAR is located near Indira Gandhi International Airport, in New Delhi.
CoEAR would be collaborating with some of the world renowned Advanced centers in Agriculture, Healthcare, Clinical sites, Hospitals and companies within the Country and Abroad in the in phased manner.
CoEAR will create its own state of the art facilities for Physical, Chemical, Biological and Structural Analysis in phased manner and indigenize the technologies.
In the first phase, CoEAR is planning to foray into Agriculture in a networking and collaborative mode. The organization is aligned in its philosophy to the Government policies on Agriculture and subsequently in the Healthcare.
