Dr. P.C. Sabharwal, a Research and Development Consultant in the areas of Agriculture, Horticulture including Floriculture, Aromatic & Medicinal plantations and Protected cultivation. He is M. Sc. (Agriculture), LL.B, PhD. with more than 50 years of experience in the various disciplines of agriculture and allied fields. Has been associated with formulation of National Policies relating to agriculture, horticulture, including floriculture , exotic fruits, vegetables and medicinal plants.

He has been processing appraisals, implementation and monitoring of the foreign assisted projects such as World Bank assisted pilot project & Integrated Watershed Development Projects in rain-fed Areas in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, J&K, Punjab, Uttaranchal, Gujarat, Orissa and Rajasthan. He has assisted World Bank Agricultural Development Projects in the states of Assam, Bihar, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. He has also assisted DANIDA (Denmark) Comprehensive Watershed Development Project in the states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa, KFW/GTZ (German) assisted Watershed Development Project in Karnataka and Maharashtra, NEDA (Netherlands) assisted Agriculture, Man and Ecology Projects in the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu and SDC (Swiss) assisted INDO-SWISS participative Watershed Development Project, Karnataka.
